Post Press Specialties was recognized Thursday, December 3rd by Mayor Don Reimal as part of the Mayor's Business Recognition Program. Owner and President Andy Humble lead Mayor Reimal, members of the City Manager's office as well as ICED staff on a tour of the 100,000 square foot facility located within the underground Space Center. The Mayor then read a proclamation thanking Post Press Specialties for thier 17 years of doing business in Independence and declared December 3rd Post Press Specialties Day in Independence.
Post Press Specialties was established in 1992 as a small letter-press shop and has since grown and diversified into a full-service trade bindery employing close to 100 workers. Post Press Specialties is without question the largest print finisher in the Kansas City Metropolitan area and takes a lot of pride in their quality, large capacity and quick turn-around capabilities.
